Class pack terms
Version 1.0.0 — effective 24/10/2026
These terms apply when you buy a class pack on Nyvo. They are a feature‑specific term under clause 1.2 of our Terms of Service and form part of them. Where they differ from the Terms of Service for class packs, these terms apply.
1. Who you buy from
You are buying the classes from the organiser named on the pack, who runs them and is responsible for them. Nyvo runs the booking system and collects your payment on the organiser's behalf, as their payment collection agent. Paying Nyvo counts as paying the organiser.
For class packs, your payment goes to Nyvo, which holds it and pays the organiser each class's share after that class runs, and the share of any unused classes after your pack ends. This replaces clause 5.3(a) of the Terms of Service for class packs. Your card statement shows Nyvo.
2. What you get
A pack is a set number of classes of the weekly class shown on the pack, for you only. You book each class in the app. A pack is linked to your Nyvo account and cannot be transferred, shared or resold, and neither can a booking made with it. A class pack is not a gift card or voucher.
3. How long your pack lasts
Your pack lasts 7 days for each class in it, from the day you buy it. A pack of 4 classes lasts 28 days. You see the end date before you pay, on your receipt and in My packs.
If the organiser cancels a class your pack covers, every active pack for that class gets 7 more days. This happens once per week, however many classes of that week are cancelled. If you booked the cancelled class, it also goes back to your pack.
If you are ill or away, ask the organiser. They can give you 7 more days.
Classes you have not used by the end date expire and are not refunded.
4. Booking and cancelling
Booking a class uses 1 class from your pack. You can cancel a booking up to the organiser's cut‑off, shown on the pack and never more than 48 hours before the class starts, and the class goes back to your pack. After the cut‑off, or if you do not attend, the class counts as used.
5. Refunds
There are no refunds for change of mind. The organiser may choose to refund your unused classes at any time. If the organiser stops running the class, you will get a refund for your unused classes; contact us at hello@nyvo.com.au if it has not happened.
A refund is the amount you paid for the pack, including Nyvo's fee, divided by the number of classes in it, for each unused class. Classes you have already booked stay booked.
6. Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a class is not provided as described, you may be entitled to a refund whatever these terms say.
7. Your information
When you buy and use a pack we keep the pack you bought, what you paid, its end date and the classes you book, cancel and check in to, to run your pack, pay the organiser and handle refunds and disputes. The organiser sees your name, how many classes you have used and have left, and the end date. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
