What does it cost to list my business?
Nothing. Listing on the Nyvo directory is free. We don't take a cut of your sales, bookings or appointments — customers find you and transact with you directly.
Do I have to come from a specific community to list?
No — any business serving immigrant communities is welcome. List in your languages, mark the communities you serve, and you'll be discovered by the members who are actively looking for businesses like yours.
How do members find my business?
Members search by category and city in the app, browse the community's directory, and discover businesses through posts and recommendations from other verified members.
Can I respond to reviews?
Yes. Once you've claimed and verified your listing, you can respond to reviews, update your hours, photos and contact details, and post updates to the community feed.
What if my business is already listed and I'm not the owner?
Members can suggest businesses to the directory, but only the verified owner can manage the page. Claim your listing through the app or email hello@nyvo.com.au and we'll guide you through verification.
