How to get it

Train in TLILIC0005 Licence to operate a boom-type elevating work platform (boom length 11 metres or more) with a registered training organisation (RTO). An accredited assessor must assess you as competent. Then apply to your state's work health and safety regulator, such as SafeWork NSW, WorkSafe Victoria or WorkSafe Queensland. In NSW, you apply through Service NSW within 60 days of your assessment. The course is not the licence: the regulator issues it.
