How to get it
Train with a registered training organisation approved for the NSW Food Safety Supervisor program. You learn the national units plus NSW key focus areas. Training usually takes one full day. The provider then issues the NSW Food Authority FSS certificate. Providers may charge only $30 for the certificate, on top of the course price.
