How to get it
Complete the units from a registered training organisation. For food service it is the Food Safety Supervision Skill Set (SITSS00069). Some retail businesses, such as delis, supermarkets and convenience stores, can use SIRRFSA001. You must hold the certificate or Statement of Attainment that the training organisation gives you.
