Train in TLILIC0022 Licence to operate a slewing mobile crane (up to 20 tonnes) with a registered training organisation (RTO). An accredited assessor must assess you as competent. Larger cranes and other crane types need different licence classes. Then apply to your state's work health and safety regulator, such as SafeWork NSW, WorkSafe Victoria or WorkSafe Queensland. In NSW, you apply through Service NSW within 60 days of your assessment. The course is not the licence: the regulator issues it.
