Washes dishes, cleans the kitchen and helps cooks prepare food in restaurants, cafes and hotels.
What you do
You clean the kitchen, food preparation areas and sculleries, and you clean cooking utensils. You help the cooks by preparing ingredients, salads and sandwiches. You also move, weigh and check supplies and equipment.
