How to get it
First finish the required training with a registered training organisation, usually the Certificate II in Security Operations (CPP20218), plus first aid. The course gives you a certificate, not the licence. Before you pay, check with Licensing NT that the course is accepted for this licence. Then apply to Licensing NT. They check your identity and criminal history, and some offences stop you from getting a licence. Ask Licensing NT which licence covers the work you will do, such as security officer or crowd controller.
